Guest Policies

The following are the policies of Timeless Tavern Inn. If you have

Check- in is 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Check- out is by 10:00 am. Please make prior arrangements for late
arrivals or departures.
Reservations
Reservations will be confirmed with payment in full for a one -night
stay or 50% deposit for two or more nights by MasterCard, Visa,
or Discover . We do not accept personal checks. Balance is due
upon arrival.
We require a $100.00 security deposit. This deposit will be refunded
after departure and the room is inspected.
Deposit will not be refunded if:
Contents are damaged - additional fees for replacement will be
billed to your credit card.
Contents are missing - this includes linens.
Smoking is not permitted - Deposit will not be refunded if you smoke in our
rooms. There is no exception. Cancellations
Cancellations received 14 days before the reservation date will
be entitled to a full refund minus a $25.00 service fee. No refunds
will be given within
14 days.
Rates
Rates are based on double occupancy. Moonlight Glow is the only
room setup for 2 couples or a family. There is an additional charge
of $ 25 per person.
In-season Summer June- August
Winter December- February
Golden Paradise - $95 per night
Natural Mystic - $95 per night
De JA Vu - $95 per night
Brandy Twist - $110 per night
Swept Away - $135 per night
Moonlight Glow- $150 per night
Off Season please call for rates.
All in season reservations require a 2 night minimum stay on weekends
( Friday-Sunday) Exceptions will be made if possible !
*Room rates are subject to change without notice. N.Y.S. Sales
tax will be applied.
